1. General Refund Policy<\/b><\/h2>
  • Clients may request a refund on a completed purchase (product or non-rendered service\/treatment) within <\/span>7 days of the original purchase date<\/b>, provided the request is made with proof of purchase, in accordance with applicable Florida and federal consumer protection law.<\/span><\/li>
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a cash or credit-card refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.<\/span><\/p>

    2. Prepaid Packages, Series, and Memberships<\/b><\/h2>
    • Prepaid packages, treatment series, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.<\/span><\/li>
    • Any unused sessions or the unused portion of a package may instead be applied as <\/span>account credit toward other services or products<\/b> offered by Enfield Royal Clinic.<\/span><\/li>
    • Package credit expire after 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, and is non-transferable to another individual.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Completed Services<\/b><\/h2>
      • Once a service or treatment has been performed, it is considered rendered and is not eligible for a refund based on personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, which can vary by individual.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Deposits, Appointments, and Cancellations<\/b><\/h2>
        • A deposit or payment may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service.<\/span><\/li>
        • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee, as disclosed at the time of booking.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Products<\/b><\/h2>
          • Retail products are eligible for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.<\/span><\/li>
          • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or exchange for health and safety reasons.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            6.Adverse Reactions or Medical Concerns<\/b><\/h2>
            • If you experience an adverse reaction or medical concern following a treatment, please contact us immediately at 888-336-6644 or admin@enfieldroyalclinic.com. Refunds are not automatically issued in these circumstances, but we will work with you to address the concern, which may include a clinical follow-up appointment at no charge.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
